Pre GCSEs? End of 2nd Year (Year 8)

Mini Options regarding Classics and Modern Languages in 3rd Year (Year 9):
1: 1 of French or German
2: 1 of French/ German (depending on which has been chosen above), Latin or Classical Civilisation.

Provision will be made for those wishing to keep all 3 languages.
French, German and Latin cannot be taken at GCSE level unless they are studied in the 3rd Year. Classical Civilisation GCSE may be taken with or without study in the 3rd Year.

Options:
1: 1 of Classical Civilisation, Geography, History or Religious Studies
2: Either French or German
3: 2 from Art & Design, Classical Civilisation, Design & Realisation, French, Geography, German, Greek with Latin, History, Home Economics- Food, Home Economics- Textiles Technology, Latin, Music and Religious Studies

[Non-examinable subjects covered weekly are Games, PSHE, Religious Education & PE]

AS/A2s?

You study 4 of the following in the L6th to AS level, then drop 1 subject in the U6th, taking the other 3 to A2 level. AS General Studies is also taken by all students in January of the U6th, with the A2 later in June.
