What points value do your AS/ A2 grades have on the new Tariff?
A2
A= 120pts
B= 100pts
C= 80pts
D= 60pts
E= 40pts
AS
A= 60pts
B= 50pts
C= 40pts
D= 30pts
E= 20pts
- Usually your best 3 A2s count.
- More competitive courses/ Unis look at AS & GCSE grades in selection.
- Most Universities will still make their offers on the final A2 grades.
- General Studies seems to count more with employers than the majority of traditional Universities- discard it at your peril!
